Shipping Costs: For Decor products, shipping costs can be calculated upon selecting your items. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to locations requiring barge or off-mainland access, such as islands.

Delivery Locations: Decor products are shipped nationwide across Australia. Please ensure that your delivery address is not a PO BOX, as our carriers do not deliver to these addresses.

Shipping Times:

Decor Products: Typically, Decor products are dispatched within 7 days of payment confirmation. In cases where immediate dispatch isn’t feasible, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Delivery Schedule:

Decor Products: Deliveries are scheduled everyday during business hours, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Method: We utilize reliable carriers for door-to-door service. Please ensure someone is available at your specified delivery address to receive and sign for your items. Please note that our delivery service does not include placement inside, upstairs, in lifts, or removal of packaging.

Oversize Items: For oversize items (weighing over 25kg), assistance from the recipient is required to carry them from the delivery vehicle to the ground floor entrance of your home or building, in accordance with occupational health and safety regulations. For deliveries to restricted access areas or non-ground floor locations, we recommend arranging for additional assistance.

Authority to Leave: If you are unavailable to accept delivery, you may authorize the carrier to leave your order unattended (“Authority to Leave”). Please note that this action voids our liability for any loss, theft, or damage once delivery is completed.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. For assistance with tracking your shipment, please contact us at admin@decoratin.com.au.

Lost or Damaged Orders: While we partner with reputable carriers, occasional instances of lost or damaged items may occur during transit. For lost orders, please contact us for assistance. For damaged items, promptly email us at admin@decoratin.com.au with details and photos to facilitate an evaluation under our warranty policy.

Commercial Orders: For bulk or commercial orders with specific delivery requirements or utilizing a preferred carrier, please contact us at admin@decoratin.com.au.

Pickup Option: Customers have the option to collect Jodhpur Designs products from our collection point located at Shop 8A / 540 Derrimut Road, Tarneit 3029 VIC (Nextra – Tarneit Central Shopping Centre).

Warranty Information

Warranty Period: All products are covered by a comprehensive 12-month warranty.

Problem Resolution: Should you encounter any issues, please email us at admin@decoratin.com.au with a detailed description and supporting photos/videos. We offer solutions including spare parts, partial refunds, replacements, or full refunds as per our warranty policy.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Money Back Guarantee: Cancel your order within 2 days upon placing the order for a full refund. After dispatch or receipt, refunds are issued minus initial and return delivery fees.

Return Eligibility: To initiate a return, items must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt at admin@decoratin.com.au to commence the returns process.
